Renovations

GB Design Build brings the same in-house team behind our custom homes to renovations of existing homes — the same architects, the same year-round construction crew, applied to updating the home you already have.

For kitchens and bathrooms especially, our proprietary line of cabinetry comes from that same in-house approach: built and installed by our own crew rather than sourced through a separate vendor, so it fits your renovation the way the rest of your home does.

GB has been renovating homes throughout the Yampa Valley since 2009. If you're planning to update your home, reach out, we'll talk through your space and how to bring it in line with your vision.
